Bethel Family Center

The Bethel Family Center is a community based program that provides linkage to services and resources for Bethel families.

Immunization Clinic
Parents are encouraged to bring their children to the Bethel Family Center to be immunized on the fourth Wednesday of every month from 1:30-3:30 p.m. This service, sponsored by Multicare Good Samaritan Mobil Health, is free. No appointment is necessary. Dental Services
A Mobile Dental Van, from Metropolitan Development Council Center, visits the Family Center to provide a variety of dental services to individuals in transition. For scheduling information, call (253) 691-7596.

Food Assistance

  • The Bethel Family Center offers On-Line “Food Stamp” applications for your convenience. If you are interested, please call Jill Palmer at (253) 683-6850 for an appointment.
  • Outreach Services: Basic Health and/or other services are available through DSHS. For more information please contact Jill Palmer at (253) 683-6850 to set up an appointment with the appropriate outreach worker.
  • Emergency Food Bank: Non-perishable food items are available on a limited basis. Donations are gladly accepted.
  • Homeless Youth Services: The Bethel Family Center can help homeless youth connect with resources. A Drop-in Center, offering housing and services for youth in transition, will be opening soon in Spanaway.

You and your family may be eligible for medical insurance through Apple Health for kids or Washington Health Insurance. Please call Jill Palmer at (253) 683-6850 to set up an appointment for Access to Care Outreach.
