Classes For Adults


  • Become a Loving & Logic Parent:
    The Bethel Family Center offers “Becoming a Love & Logic Parent” throughout the year. Participants attend 1½ hour classes in a five-week series from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. A light meal is provided from 5:30 to 6:00 p.m.  Childcare is provided for ages 2–12.  There is no cost for the classes. To register, call Jill Palmer at 683-6850.“Parenting Teens with Love & Logic,” a four- week series, is offered for parents of teenagers. A light meal is provided. Childcare is also available.   • ESL & GED Classes:
    ESL and GED classes are no longer offered at the Family Center. To register for another location please contact Debbie Murphy, 253-964-7325 or email.
  • The Front Porch Project:
    Have you ever been shopping and witnessed a parent on the verge of losing control? Have you wished that you knew what to do? The Front Porch Project is for you! The Front Porch Project is based on the belief that everyone can learn safe intervention strategies to promote child safety. Call Donna Saling, 531-7066.
