• Booklets (Tip: The maximum size of booklet our equipment can create is an 11x17 booklet that consists of 88 8.5x11 originals or less. You can check if your booklet will work by dividing your number of originals by 4 or 8. Example: 8 8.5x11 originals equals a 4 page 11x17 booklet. Remember one 8.5x11 page fits per side on a 11x17 sheet of paper.)

Bulk Mail Addressing & Processing
Please give us a call when you begin to plan your job so we can give help you get the greatest discount on mailing.
We are a CASS Certified Bulk Mailer
We purchase USPS software to be a certified bulk mailer.
This software allows us to delete duplicates, non-relevant
addresses as well as non-deliverable mail.
This ends up saving
on postage and means your mailings are more apt get to the
parent/guardians correct address.
You can save up to 50% on postage for your bulk mailings by taking advantage of our addressing & mail services. Your address lists are sorted and CASS certified to receive the lowest postage rates available. We’ll also process your address data to eliminate duplicates and update addresses for recipients who have moved. Our equipment will insert your mailing into envelopes automatically or add tabs to self mailers, and imprint addresses with USPS barcodes directly onto the mail piece. Just think, not only will you reduce your mailing costs, you’ll also free up staff time previously spent on mailings.
We can merge your school or department address data file onto newsletters, postcards or envelopes. Our software will even sort for family count - which will save you money.
* Because the types of mailings vary, the turn around may be anywhere from 3-5 days.

Easy Ordering & Delivery
Simply stop by Bethel Print & Copy or send us an e-mail to place your order. When ordering by e-mail, attach an electronic print request form and a Adobe PDF of your job to your e-mail message. Be sure to include any special instructions. Our staff will produce your job quickly and cost-effectively and deliver your job to your school or you can drop by the Printshop and pick it up. Please be aware we have discovered problems with Mac users saving their PDF's while in Print Preview viewer menu. If you are on your PC at school you can save a PDF by going to File, Print (go to the drop down menu on your printers) and select adobe PDF.
Large-Format Color Plotting
Our wide format printer produces high-quality posters and banners up to 42” wide. The finished print can then be mounted or laminated to your specifications. Printing with the color plotter is the fastest and most cost-effective way to produce small quantities of large items with the impact of full color. Mounting on foam core board, and laminating is also available.
Full Color Posters/Wide format printing up to 42" wide by almost any length ... $3.95 per square foot.
Wide format Laminating: up to 34"...... $1.50 per linear foot of material used.
Mount on foam board: call for pricing.
For those that want a high quality color poster at the lowest cost,
consider a 13" x 19" size on card stock - for just .80¢
Posters & Variable Printing
Variable printing places customer-specific text or graphics into a page layout template. Each copy is different from every other copy, containing information directed only at the intended recipient. Personalized certificates, letters, and reminder post cards are just a few of the uses for variable printing.
