The mission of the Bethel School District Highly Capable program is to provide a safe educational environment that enables students to develop the skills, knowledge, attitudes and values to realize their maximum potential.

North End Testing at Camas Prairie Elementary:

8:00 a.m. (arrive at 7:45 a.m.): Elk Plain School of Choice, Evergreen Elementary, Frederickson Elementary, all Junior Highs
11:30 a.m. (arrive 11:15 a.m.): Naches Trail Elementary, Roy Elementary, Spanaway Elementary, Thompson Elementary

Feb. 4 (Saturday) (2nd - 6th Grade Testing)
South End Testing at North Star Elementary:

8:00 a.m. (arrive at 7:45 a.m.): Centennial Elementary, Kapowsin Elementary, North Star Elementary, Pioneer Valley Elementary
11:30 a.m. (arrive 11:15 a.m.): Graham Elementary, Nelson Elementary, Rocky Ridge Elementary, Shining Mountain Elementary

GKHS band visits Japan, performs with the Tamana Girls High School Band - As a result of a 22 year relationship between a Professor, Principal and Band Director, thirteen band students were able to go to Japan. Winterfest - All JH/HS Orchestras at Seattle Center Music Company at the Festival of Trees - And Then There Were None, presented by the SLHS Drama Club - Operations Department - Bethel School District staff and students are wearing red today in support of public education!
