Mission & Goals


Mission
The Mission of the Bethel Transition Lab is to develop and provide quality educational and transitional opportunities for all students. All students will have the opportunities to achieve their maximum potential in gaining adult independence skills to the best of their ability.

Goals
The goals of the program are to (a) provide community-based vocational training experiences for students with special needs, (b) increase students’ understanding of employers’ expectations, (c) assist students in exploring their interests and abilities, (d) help students develop work habits and attitudes appropriate to the world of work, (e) encourage and assist students to make linkages to other service providers.

SLHS senior Cherelle Jackson - SLHS senior Cherelle Jackson has signed a letter of intent to wrestle at the Northwest Kansas Technical College in Goodland, Kansas. Tenth Annual Elementary Battle of the Books - Pioneer Valley took the title in this year's Elementary Battle of the Books! Camas Prairie came in second. Congrats to all who participated!
