    Thank you families for helping to make Student Led Conferences a success.  If you did not get a chance to take the Family Survey, please do so by clicking here.  We value your opinion and use the information to inform out decisions.   
     
    HONOR ROLL ASSEMBLY MAY 26th
    Students received invitations last week (3.5 or higher for BOTH Tri 1 and Tri 2). Parents have also received postcard invitations in the mail. Starts at 8:10 am, in the cafeteria. Awards presented, refreshments provided.
     
    CMMS WALK-A-THON May 26:  $20 to participate from 12:00 - 1:45. Raffle ticket for gift cards, other prizes for every $20 brought in. DJ, water, popsicles, games and dancing provided (SUNSHINE, too!). Jamba Juice will be there selling smoothies for $2. Our only large-scale fundraiser of the year...no selling, no buying things you don't want or need! :) Money and form due to Mrs. Doolittle on Thursday.  This is our one big fundraising effort of the year, please support CMMS students!
     
    8th GRADE DANCE: JUNE 2:  Tickets are on sale for $15 which includes the dance, refreshments, snacks, and pictures.   Buy tickets before school or during lunches in the ASB office. This is a special end of the year evening dance just for 8th graders.
     
    PORTABLE SPEAKERS:  Please do not allow students to bring portable speaker(s) to school.  Students are not allowed to play their music throughout the hallways and in the classrooms.  
     
    FIDGET SPINNERS:  Fidget spinners cannot be seen or heard at school.  If they cause a disruption in the learning, the spinners will be taken, progressive discipline will be followed.  
     
    SBA Testing Schedule:  We have created 3 hour testing blocks from 7:15-10:15 with the period rotating each day of when students are testing.  Students will test with their regular Math and ELA teachers during their regular class period (but testing in the morning).
    May 23:  Period 5 (All Math and ELA classes)
    May 24:  Period 6 (All Math and ELA classes)
    Testing make-ups only after this point
