    Hello Lightning families,

    Please note there have been some changes to the testing schedule in May. Students will perfect attendance for testing will be given a special treat. Have a great week.

    PCSC SUMMER SCHOOL: PCSC will begin accepting applications on May 1st. They will not accept, or hold onto, applications prior to May 1st. Math is the only class that requires counselor signature.

                REMINDERS:

                            Incoming 9th graders are eligible

                            Free of cost

                            Dates/Times/Sessions/Courses are listed on the application

                            Each course is .5 credits

                            Course offerings are subject to change based on enrollment

     

    2018-19 CALENDAR RELEASED: This calendar for next school year has been released. It can be found on the district website.

    2018-19 WEB/LINK DAY: The date has been set for August 29. This will be the first day of school for ALL 6th and 9th graders in the district. Please mark you calendars NOW! Transportation will be provided for students.

    YOUTH TRUTH SURVEY (repeat):  This survey gathers important information about school climate, youth experiences, and perceptions. We are collecting input from staff, students and parents.  All surveys are anonymous! Please take a few minutes to complete the survey to help us improve our school.

    SAVE THE DATES (repeat): Spring Conferences will be May 22-24.

    Looking ahead to SBA TESTING: (repeat) This is the state mandated testing for all 6-8th graders in English, Math and Science. Please mark your calendars and refrain from scheduling appointments during these times.
