Principal's Message

  • I hope this message finds you well. The purposes of this message are to let you begin to get to know me, and for me to share my beliefs and expectations about our partnership.

I am a proud father of two children. Shelby, my daughter, is a 22-year old nursing student. Derek, my son, is a 20-year old junior at UW.

Professionally, my experiences continue to grow (I just learned this great way to say, “I’m getting older”). I taught elementary-age children for 10 years in South Seattle, was principal of Camas Prairie Elementary in Bethel School District for twelve years, and am in my fourth year of serving the Naches Trail community.
