If you are having technology issues, the following are your help options:
- If the school-issued device is having a physical malfunction or you have an issue with your ParentVue account, call the district technology helpline at 253-800-6767.
- If you are having difficulty navigating Canvas or Seesaw, please contact your child's teacher directly via email.
- If you need to checkout/exchange an iPad, please call the Naches Trail front office at 253-800-8700 to schedule an appointment.
All parents must complete the iPad "hold harmless agreement" and the choose to either purchase/decline insurance for each student since the coverage purchased by the school district last spring expired on August 31. This paperwork is available by visiting bethelsd.org and clicking on the payments and purchases box. If you need assistance in this process, please feel free to call the school office and we will be happy to walk you through it.
With the current remote learning model there are a few basic supplies that your student will need to have available at home. These will include: pencil and eraser; paper; crayons, markers, or colored pencils; and a ruler.
Be sure to create your new account on Parentvue, our new system that has replaced Skyward, and log in to find out your student's teacher and also to verify all your information. You can reach it through the bethelsd.org website and clicking on the"Parentvue" blue box at the top right of the page.
Before you come to the school office, please call 253-800-8700 for an appointment so that we may possibly be able to help you over the phone and also can limit the number of people in the building at any given time.
