Hello Rocky Ridge Families!
In our continued effort to support distance learning, we are excited to announce we will have iPads for students grades K-5 available for pick up on the following dates:
iPad Pick Up Schedule:
3rd-5th: Thursday, April 16th and Friday, April 17th.
K-2nd: Tuesday, April 21st and Wednesday, April 22nd.
Look for a follow-up email with more details on your students designated appointment time. Please note primary ipads will not be ready for your child on the 16th or the 17th. If you only want to come once for all your children, arrive April 21st or April 22nd for your primary and intermediate student(s).
To ensure the pick-up process runs as smoothly as possible, we will need your assistance in completing a few steps:
All students' families must sign a Hold Harmless form. You will have to complete this process for each student in grades K-5. The Hold Harmless should be completed online no later than the day before pick-up. You can access the online form by using this LINK. Bethel School District is waiving the iPad Coverage Program cost for all K-5 students.
The username is your students lunch number with a leading zero and your password is your students last name in all caps. Directions for completing the Hold harmless form can be found by clicking this LINK

We understand that this is a stressful time and we appreciate your cooperation throughout this process. To help ensure the health and safety of our staff, students and their families, social distancing measures will be in place. When you arrive at the school, please remain in your cars until directed by a staff member to approach the iPad distribution station. Our goal is to make this procedure go as quickly and as smoothly as possible.
