    Chrome or Safari issues

    1. Safari
      1. Go into Settings (the gear shift or wheel icon)
      2. Scroll down to Safari on the left and click
      3. Scroll to Clear History and Website Data and click it
      4. Try doing whatever you were doing when you had the problem, if it works, stop here.  If not, go to step b.
    2. Chrome
      1. Open Chrome
      2. Click three little dots on upper right of browser
      3. Click History
      4. Click Clear Browsing Data at the bottom of screen
      5. Make sure all lines are checked
      6. Click orange Clear Browsing Data button
      7. Try doing what you were doing when you had the problem, if it works, stop here.  If not, go to step b.
    1. Found in Settings (gearshift/wheel icon)
      1. In Settings scroll to General on the left and click
      2. Scroll on right side to Reset and click
      3. Click on Reset Network Settings 
      4. Try doing what you were doing when you had the problem, if it works, stop here.  If not, go to step c.

      3. Hard Restart iPad




    App issues

      1. Hard Restart
        1. Hold down both the power button and the home button.  Keep holding and do not let go UNTIL the white apple icon appears on the screen.
        2. Once this apple icon appears, you can let go of all buttons.  The iPad will go through a reboot cycle and then turn back on.
        3. Try doing what you were doing when you had the problem, if it works, stop here.  If not, go to step b.
      2. UnInstall and ReInstall App
        1. Press down the app until it begins to shake. 
        2. A little X will appear in the corner of the app.  Pressing this X will UnInstall the app from your device.
        3. After the app has been removed, go to Self-Service
        4. Find the app you are working on and click on Install (it may say ReInstall)
        5. After the ReInstall is complete, go back into the app and try what you were doing before.  If it works, stop here. If not, go to step c.
      3. Clear Browsing History in Safari
        1. Go into Settings (the gear shift or wheel icon)
        2. Scroll down to Safari on the left and click
        3. Scroll to Clear History and Website Data and click it
        4. Try doing whatever you were doing when you had the problem, if it works, stop here.  If not, go to step d.
      4. Reset Network Settings
        1. In Settings scroll to General on the left and click
        2. Scroll on right side to Reset and click
        3. Click on Reset Network Settings 
        4. Try doing what you were doing when you had the problem, if it works, stop here.  If not, email If not, email Mrs. Olsen at colsen@bethelsd.org

    Locked out of your iPad

      1. If you have forgotten your passcode and get locked out, please email If not, email Mrs. Olsen at colsen@bethelsd.org 

    indicating that you have been locked out of your iPad.  We will get back to you soon. The message will need to include the following:

        1. Your name
        2. Your student ID (lunch) number
        3. Your iPad barcode (found on back and starts with 440)
        4. If you currently have a wifi signal
          1. Look in the upper right corner of the iPad for the wifi icon.  If you see it, then you have wifi. If you do not see it, you do not have wifi.  This is VERY important information for us to have. It determines how we help you get back into your iPad.

     

    Locked out of Student Vue

      1. Please contact the main office at 253-800-7000.  Unfortunantly the library is unable to assist with Student Vue Passwords.

     

    Locked out of an assignment

      1. Please contact your teacher directly to unlock the assignment for you.

    Edgenuity Help:

    1. To access assignments in edgenuity you need to go through Canvas.  Most teacher have the link posted in their canvas course.  Please reach out to your teacher for more information on where to locate your access.
    2. If you are locked out or need assistance with assigments please contact your teacher.  The library has limited access to edgenuity, teachers can help troubleshoot most problems.
