Principal’s Message 12/9/19
We are headed straight into the second trimester. Over the next 2 weeks, students will be getting the jump start on the next step of this year’s curriculum. Please help us in keeping students focused on the work they will be doing to carry over into the new year.
6th Graders: WEB is sponsoring a FREE 6th grade activity to connect with 6th graders. Thursday, December 12 from 2-4pm in the LMS Commons. The activity bus will be available for bus riders.
WINTER CONCERT: Our bands, orchestras and choirs will be performing on Thursday, 12/11 and 12/18. Come and join us for an evening of festive music. Concert begins at 7pm
Santa’s Workshop: Join us at the Pierce County Skill Center on Saturday, December 14th from 11am-4pm for Santa's Workshop and Pictures with Santa! We'll have ornaments to make & buy in Santa's workshop along with pictures with Santa. We look forward to seeing you on December 14th.

- Bond Project Update: At 250,000 square feet, the new Bethel High School will be the biggest school ever built in the district. - Safe Sports School: We’re excited to announce that Graham-Kapowsin High School has been named a Safe Sports School. The award, which is handed out by the National Athletic Trainers’ Association, champions safety and recognizes secondary schools that have met the recommended standards to improve safety in sports. The award reinforces the importance of providing the best level of care, injury prevention, and treatment. Great job, GK!
- Silver Medalist: Congratulations to Bethel Transition Program student Chase Genuardi for earning a silver medal at the Special Olympics Fall Games in Kennewick! Chase, who is on the Bethel High School Special Olympics team, won his medal in the bowling competition. Way to go, Chase!
