8th GRADE CAMBRIDGE INFO NIGHT:  Thursday, January 17 6:30pm CMMS Library

Attention 8th grade Students & Parents:
Are you looking for a rigorous academic program for your student? Is your student academically able and motivated? Are you looking to help your student prepare for college?
At this meeting, information about the curricula, student and parent expectations, and transportation will be provided. Approximately 60 students will be accepted into our fifth Cambridge class. Again, we are very excited about being able to enhance students’ understanding of subject, encourage independent learning and constructive thinking skills – all of which are highly prized by universities.
To help prepare for the correct number of handouts, please RSVP with student name, and current
    school attending at kschultz@bethelsd.org.

SCHOOL BOND ON BALLOT FOR FEBRUARY 12th:  Our School Board voted unanimously to put another bond before the voters this February. The February bond is very similar to the bond that failed in November. There are a few small changes based on community feedback, but the overall cost is the same. If approved, the bond would build three brand new schools, including a brand new Bethel High School. It would also renovate and expand six of our other schools, including a new wing on Graham-Kapowsin High School. Learn more at www.bethelsd.org/bond
