We are working on a national research project about social, emotional, and behavioral practices used in schools. One important piece to the project involves understanding how educators and families think about school practices to support students. KAPOWSIN ELEMENTARY was randomly selected from school districts across the country, and your district has agreed to participation. We invite you to participate in this survey.
The survey includes questions about perceptions regarding the purpose and value of social, emotional, and behavioral screening; the usability of a particular approach to identifying and supporting the social, emotional, and behavioral needs of students; and your demographics. Total time should take approximately 10-15 minutes, and you will not be contacted further.
