The Tacoma Pierce County Health Department is providing two COVID vaccination clinics at Spanaway Lake High School. You will need to register for your child's vaccination. If your child doesn't attend Spanaway Lake High School, please select times after 2:00.
The students from SLHS will be able to get their vaccines while at school without the parents being present if the vaccine permission form is completed by a parent and brought to the clinic at the time of their appointment. Please complete the permission form prior to coming to the clinic even if you are bringing your child to streamline the process.
