Addendum to the Mitigated Determination of Non-Significance (MDNS) for the New Bethel High School.
The Bethel School District has issued an Addendum to the SEPA Mitigated Determination of Non-Significance (MDNS) for the construction of the 281,723 square foot replacement school for the Bethel High School located at 7718 224th Street East, Graham Washington.
The Addendum is issued to respond to a comment which was dated July 21, 2023 that was not included in the MDNS. Please find the Addendum and the Notice of Addendum in the links below:

SEPA Determination - Mitigated Determination of Non-Significance (MDNS)
The Bethel School District has issued a Mitigated Determination of Non-Significance (MDNS) for the new Bethel High School project. The District has determined that the Project will not have significant adverse impact as designed and with mitigation measures as proposed and incorporated in the Project. Comments on the MDNS must be received by 4:30pm on October 9, 2023, as noted in the MDNS Notice also found in the link below:

The Bethel School District has issued the Notice of Action and Action to Proceed to the SEPA Determination of Non-Significance (DNS) for the construction of the modernization and addition to the Evergreen Elementary School including 8-10 new classrooms with new kitchen and commons, remodel of administrative areas and general upgrade of building systems and aesthetics. located at 1311 172nd Street East, Spanaway, WA 98387.

Notice of Availability and Comment Period for the SEPA Determination
of Non-Significance (DNS) for the Evergreen Elementary Modernization
and Addition
The Bethel School District has issued the State Environmental Policy (SEPA) Determination of Non-Significance (DNS) for the modernization
and addition of the Evergreen Elementary School located at 1311 172nd Street East, Spanaway, Washington.
The Evergreen Elementary School Modernization and Addition includes 8-10 New Classrooms, new Kitchen and Commons, remodel of Administrative Areas and general upgrade of Building Systems and Aesthetics. Frontage improvements as required by Pierce County Planning and Public Works will be completed. The project will remove (3) existing portable classroom buildings to accommodate the proposed project.
The District invites public review and comment on the SEPA DNS. Written comments on the DNS must be submitted to:
