Enrollment

Have these three items ready:

• Acceptable documentation for Proof of Residence (utility bill, renter’s insurance, etc., with parent/guardian name)
• Student’s Birth Certificate Required for all students
• Certificate of Immunization (Shot Record)

Please note: Enrollment will be delayed if any required documents have not been uploaded, are incomplete, or do not meet our criteria.

If you’re a new parent with no current or past students enrolled in Bethel School District, you’ll need to create a ParentVUE account to begin the enrollment process.

• Step 1 - Click here to locate your neighborhood school or contact Transportation at 253.800.5900 if you need assistance.
• Step 2- Gather the required documents
• Step 3- Families who have never enrolled a child in Bethel School District will need to create a new ParentVUE account. 

Once logged in, select Online Registration from your account to begin the enrolment process. 

If you have other students currently or previously enrolled in the district, please follow the process for returning families.

• Step 3 - Log into ParentVUE and select Online Registration to add a new student.

• Troubleshooting: Check your spam folder for activation emails. Remember, activation only works on a web browser, not the app. Forgot your password? Click "Forgot Password" on the login page.
• Please contact your school’s registrar or visit your local school office for support.
