2026-27 Student/Family Update

Starting May 1, 2026, when you log in to ParentVUE, you'll be prompted to complete the 2026-27 Student/Family Update.

New ParentVUE App is here!

We're excited to announce that a new ParentVUE app is now available for download! This is a new version of the app you use to submit student absences, communicate with teachers, and check grades. The new app features an improved visual layout and includes a helpful built-in tutorial when you first log in, but all the content and features you rely on remain the same. We encourage you to download the new app this spring so you can explore its updated design and ensure a smooth transition before the current app is retired. Your login credentials will remain the same. The current ParentVUE app will stop working on August 1, 2026, so it's important to download the new version before then to avoid any interruptions.

ParentVUE is the Bethel School District's secure online tool where families can stay connected to their student’s education, monitor progress, and complete required updates. ParentVUE is your Direct Line to the Classroom

How to Get Started and Access ParentVUE

New families: Create an account & enroll a student

Current or Returning families who need to activate your ParentVUE account

Families who have a current student in Bethel School District need to activate their account using a link sent to the email address their school has on file.

Check your email for your activation link. The subject is "Bethel School District – ParentVUE Activation Letter". You may need to check your spam folder.
- Follow the link in your email to set up your account.
- If you have not received an email, or cannot find it, please contact your school office for an activation key.
- Use Forgot Password if needed.
Once your account is set up, you can download the ParentVUE app from the Google or Apple store on your device. When prompted, enter your ZIP code and select Bethel School District 403.

What can you do in ParentVUE?

Annual Student-Family Update (REQUIRED)

Annually, families must complete the Student-Family Update in ParentVUE. This includes:

Updating contact information
Confirming emergency contacts
Opting in for bus transportation

This update is required prior to accessing your students information in ParentVUE. This includes bus route assignments and report cards.

FAQs

1. Do I need an email address to activate my ParentVUE account?

Answer: Yes, an email account is needed to activate your ParentVUE account. A FREE email account is available through Gmail, Outlook, AOL, etc.

2. I’m getting an error message that says: “The activation key you entered could not be found. Please contact the school to get a new activation key.” What should I do?

Answer: Please ensure you are entering your first name, last name and activation key EXACTLY as it appears on your ParentVUE Activation Letter. If you are still unable to activate your account entering the information as it appears, please contact your child’s school.

School: Staff can regenerate a new key and letter if needed.

3. What should I do if my name has recently changed?

Answer: You must contact your child’s school and they will update your name on your ParentVUE account. After your name has been changed in the student information system, you will receive a new ParentVUE Activation Key Letter to activate your account.

School: Update the parent name in Synergy.

4. What should I do if I do not see all my children listed in ParentVUE?

Answer: Please contact your child’s school to inform them of the issue so they can link all of your children in the student information system.

School: check to make sure the Ed Rights is checked. Check also Custody if applicable.

5. What do I do if I forgot my ParentVUE password?

Answer: Please visit the Password Recovery page for the directions on how to recover your password.

6. Can I log into ParentVUE from my mobile device?

Answer: Yes, you can access ParentVUE through the browser on your mobile device or through the FREE ParentVUE App available in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

7. Can I activate my ParentVUE account using the ParentVUE App on my mobile device?

Answer: No, you cannot activate your ParentVUE account using the ParentVUE App. From your web browser on your mobile device, you must go directly to the ParentVUE website, BethelSD.org to activate your account. Once the account has been activated, you will be able to access your ParentVUE account using the ParentVUE App on your mobile device.
