End of Year Senior Updates: Class of 2021

Dear Eagle families,

Graduation is almost here! The following information will help you prepare for graduation.  Please read this newsletter and become familiar with the information. If you need further clarification, please reach out.

Calendar of Events

June 14/15h   Senior Check Out: iPad collection & clear fees/fines

June 15th       Evening iPad collection for remote, running start, etc.; until 6pm

June 16th       Graduation practice & Senior Breakfast Sendoff Parade, 10 am, gym (required – no practice, no walking at ceremony)

June 18th       GRADUATION @ THE WA State Fair Events Center, Puyallup; at 12:00pm

June 23/24th  Diploma pick up via the Athletic offices, 8-10am; ID and signature required

Senior Reminders:

Need to know info: 
  • Attire > black professional dress clothes (I know it's going to be warm, but you're not wearing gowns)
  • Parking > Karen Tout has permits for staff lot; red and gold lots are also available; parking is free
  • Arrival > between 10:45am (set up crew, ticket takers) and 11:15am
  • Staff badges > you will be required to wear/show your school district ID badge to enter
  • Staging > report to the Expo hall
  • Row leaders > note if you're seat is assigned to the inside or the outside of your section/row
  • Support staff (non-row leaders) > you'll stand between the student seats and the bleachers to welcome the graduates in; once they are in and presented (again), you will be cued to turn into the center isle, taking seats in the empty rows directly behind the graduates and overflow into the bleachers as necessary. File in and enjoy the ceremony.
